I am Helen Quinn, a dedicated Life Coach with over 25 years of experience helping people to navigate life changes and unlock their full potential, drawing on my blended background in teaching, training, career guidance, coaching and mental health.
I am passionate about empowering people to make positive, lasting changes in both their personal and professional lives. With expertise as a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, I specialise in teaching people how to recognise and manage negative emotions to enhance productivity, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
Originally from Donegal, I am based in Tyrone in Northern Ireland, and am married with 4 children. I have taught in Northern Ireland and in Zimbabwe, worked in careers guidance in universities, jobcentres and schools, and am an experienced Mental Health Trainer.
