One Day Workshop
‘Time for Me’ provides employees with the time and the opportunity to:
• take stock of their lives
• consider the importance of good self-care
• see the value of prioritising their wellbeing
• explore ways to enhance their physical and mental health, and
• introduce small but significant changes to have a positive lasting impact on every area of their lives. It is well documented that prioritising the physical and wellbeing of employees has many benefits, increasing job satisfaction and motivation, increased positivity and productivity, reduced stress and lower rates of absenteeism and burnout.

Introduction to Positive Intelligence & Mental Fitness
Available in person online.
Building your Mental Fitness is critical to increasing your ability to manage your emotions, which has a positive lasting impact on your relationships, performance and wellbeing. This workshop introduces the concept of Positive Intelligence and explains what it is and how and why it works, and how you can benefit from improving your Positive Intelligence. You will learn to recognise and tame your negative internal voices (Saboteurs) and learn simple and highly effective techniques to activate your positive emotions. Positive Intelligence training has been proven by Stanford University to improve positivity and productivity and enhance relationships.
